Teaching friend of my daughter in Dallas
My father was very ill and in a hospital in Grapevine. He was always watching westerns on TV with Gunsmoke and other favorites. Tom Davy knew he was a fan of the Old West so he sent him one of his books. He liked to read westerns, too. Tom would send him a book every now and then. Dad liked them so much he would read them 10 or more times each. It was good to see him smile while he read. He couldn’t wait for his next book to show up at our door.
After Dad passed away, I thought I’d read them and I, too, became hooked. Davy has written over l00 books, but has now only published six, but has many others in his computer.

Tom Davy and I have taught, coached and hunted together for many years in Colorado. I have read many of his books and find them a joy to read and follow along for a long time. I grew up out here in the West and what he writes is of interest to me.
